Good evening all, a little help please. Im Brewing evil dog double ipa. Started brew on the 6 of April. Moved to second stage on the 20 of April after several reading 1014. I have a King keg i checked the value before transferring. I kept warm for a week then reduced the temperature ( wet towel and fan). On Monday I thought i would test the beer. I got 1/6of a glass to test the hydrometer. I then lost pressure. I had not put any co2 in at this point. as im Unsure of when i use the co2. I put small shot in. It didn't sound right but i got pressure. Poured enough to test and have a quick half. Tasted good but cloudy. Tonight I thought I test the pressure again. No pressure added one more co2 got a glass. ( tasted lovely but still cloudy). I could hear gas escaping took the co2 off and saw the pin value moving. I have watched a few video and have checked and think the rubbers are all in place. I have order a new one. I have sealed as best i can.
1. What can i do. When new value comes Can i add more sugar and leave again to build up pressure.
2. Under normal conditions should it build its own pressure?
3 under normal conditions when and how many litte co2 capsules should i use.
And how do i stop the cloudy beer.
Thank you in advance and please excuse my bad spelling.
