A hello from me.

Hello. I'm Bodger and I'm cider maker.
This autumn for the first time, I'm going to be in a position where I'll selling home pressed apple juice. This will be the first step in the realisation of a dream that I've had for a number of years. The following year, if all goes well and I can get through the red tape, then I hope to be selling cider from the farm gate.
I'll need some help and advice from you when it comes to fine tuning my equipment and sorting out the finer details of the process. I've had a quick look at the forum and I'm quite sure that I've come to the right place. I look forward to sharing the trials and tribulations of small scale cider making and getting to market.

Methinks though, your small scale may be a weeshy tad bigger than the normal 24 litres!

Thanks for the welcome. When it comes to making cider, its been a case of me being a slow developer and I'll definately be needing help from time to time.
