A big pat on the back for Youngs

Hi!
I have some Youngs 30 bottle kits which were stored in the outhouse where I brew. After a recent rat attack the little b . . . darlings chewed through a litre carton of red wine juice, soaking the wine kits, which they then went on to explore, nibbling into the flavour packs of two kits.
I emailed Youngs asking if they could be obtained, and next day they arrived, free of charge.
Well done, Youngs! I'm impressed!

Nice one, i once had a pack of flavouring missing from a WineBuddy kit, i emailed them and one arrived the next day free of charge.
