 I'll try and get a microphone and do a sensible voice over when I put the video together. . . . might make it a bit more interesting, I'll get something up quickly and then edit it a bit more professionally (well slickly anyway :D)

Aleman - i love the pioneering approach and wish i'd got to see more than 2 juddering stills of your set up - my ISP was to blame

Hopefully you will be able to do more of these brewing webinars & inspire others to try the same - you have a lot to offer other brewers so it's great to see you push the boundaries of knowledge sharing.

Thanks Wez, It was a bit frantic with this brew but I hope to do it a lot more and during the weekend so more people should be able to participate. Still working on the video though got it down to 53 minutes now

In the meantime here are some dirty dirty piccies

And 36 hours after pitching

I really should work out how to use my fermentation chiller properly . . . It got down to 3C before I realised I had plugged them in the wrong way round . . . And my brew belt heater only providers gentle warmth . . . so it took a long time to get up to 20.5C . . . still its should be a nice clean brew with loots of hop flavours coming through which is what I wanted.

Update - Now sat at 2.5C . . . FG 1.0085, Brix 5.55 which Promash works out at 3.67% abv

Not a bad looking pint - Hydrometer sample straight from the FV and just degassed to stop the Bubbles from affecting the reading. . . . Still failing the Feck Test Though

I happen to have a cornie of this sitting in my garage quietly settling down after its journey from Bpool. Not tasted it yet as I have been way to busy but I have a few friends comming around on saturday so it may get a wee bit taken out of the keg then along with the other kegs waiting to get drunk.
