8g and 16g Co2 Cartridges

Hi All,

Sorry for my ignorance and it is a simple question.
I use pressure barrels and I have always used S30 canisters. They are becoming harder to refill and I’m looking to get some of the 8g or 16g cartridges.
I have S30 and schrader valves on my barrels. So my question is….

Are the 8g and 16g cartridges a “one shot” supply? So does the cartridge release all the co2 in one go or can you control the amount released as with the S30 cylinder?

Not necessarily. Get an adaptor with a valve.
