4th Wine Brew Xmas Brew 2 "In the Pink"

Hi

Started my 4th brew last night, I thought about the upcoming xmas and thought why not try a tangy,spicy wine for everyone so I used the following :-

1 ltr x Welch white grape juice
1 ltr x Morrisons cranberry juice
1 ltr x Apple juice
1/2 ltr x Morrisons cherry juice

1 teaspoon cinomin
4 teabag brew for (tannine)
3 spice (mulling bag infusion) in pint of warm water
10 x Morrison "Villina and Pear in the pink teabags) infused into warmed apple juice with the suar dissoved also

700g of brown sugar

1 tsp yeast
1 tsp yeast neautrant
1 tsp pect
1 tsp citric acid
glyericin



Demi-jons are bubbling away here every 3 secs very nice sound :)

Hi Ken,

Don't want to sound daft but what is the glycerine for? Wont it make it a little "hot"?

Yes thats what I had read and watched on YouTube so its cheap in the supermarket so thought what the heck --- will no next week if it makes a differance or not
