Had a taste test after being in the kingkeg fr 4 weeks.
Its the Youngs lager kit.
Tasted fine, but when I opened the tap, the gas was getting less as I was getting further to the top of the glass.
Beer was a touch foggy but taste wise just wasnt quite fizzy enough.
I have some gas bottles, would these help unfog the lager a bit, also when I apply the gas does it use the whole bottle, or just when it gets to an equal pressure.
The gas bottle is the s30 cylinder as I have just found out.
Cheers

If you are using an S30 gas cylinder just give it a one second squirt whenever required.
As for the level of carbonation you will not get super fizzy lager from a King keg as the pressure relief valve will release the gas before the required carbonation is reached :(
Your cloudy lager will clear in another week or so, if you can resist for that long ;)
