Hey Brew dudes!

I have just bottled up some Razorback IPA this week. After the 14 days 2nd condition period it says to keep it somewhere cool for 3 weeks. Space is a bit of an issue for me so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where I could keep my three crates. I was thinking about outside but as the temperature is likely to go up and down I'm not sure this is a good idea. Anyone got any tips? Would it impact the flavour if I jsut keep it at room temp?

All the best! Thanks.

Hi tonester

I bottled my razorback 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks in the warm, then a week in the fridge and dare I say it, but its bloody lovely!

Its crystal clear with a bit of carbonation - perfect  OK, so I can only squeeze in 15 bottles a time in the fridge, but when the cold ones get drunk, they get re-stocked! Gotta be worth a try if you can find some fridge space.

Cheers bud. Yeah I had a little taste when I was bottling and even then I could see that it was gonna be good. Hop hop hoppy. Those pellets seem to really lift it. I may well get another one of these.

Cheeeeeeeers
