Did a coopers european lager for my first brew which has been bottled 10 days now after 2 weeks in the fermenter. The fermenter and the bottles are at around 21-22 celcius.. I got the coopers 500ml plastic bottles with the kit and they said use one carbonation drop per bottle..

For this new brew I started yesterday I will be bottling in 500ml glass beer bottles and im wondering how many carbonation drops I should use? The beer is being kept at 22celcius in the fermenter and will be likewise in the bottles.. I used the coopers brew enhancer #2 with the coopers apa concentrate and the yeast that came with it..

Im planning on bottling after about 7 days when it stops bubbling and I get two of the same readings on consecutive days unless anyone has any other advice for me on when to bottle..

Cheers! :D

I use one coopers drop when bottling 500ml bottles and it gives me a level of carbonation I am happy with.

Probably best to leave the beer in the fermenter for two weeks. The additional time will allow the yeast to cleam up after itself.
