2nd AG brew

Hi im planning my next AG brew in a week or so a kronenburg clone. It has to stay in the fv for 21 days but hopefully the taste will be worth while

It will be fine sitting for 21 days. What recipe are you following?

its a clone from dave lines book brewing beers like those you buy
7lb crushed lager malt
1 and a quarter lb flaked maize
1lb blended honey
1 oz goldings
1 and a half oz saaz but this could be replaced with something a bit more modern
