I tried the bottled version, I feel like that is the better version and can't bring myself to buy an entire pint of TTLL from a cask in a pub with people watching.

This is gonna be sooo close. I have recently bought and drunk a Westmalle. I wasn't blown away by it to be honest. But i would rate it higher than TTL.

Had a TTL on cask last week as I've seen lots of talk about it being a classic returning to favor. It was served in a pub that takes good care of it's casks, so it was not warm and flat, but it was very mediocre indeed. I've had many more interesting English bitters this year. I have voted Westmalle, but my favorite beer of the year is Magic Rock barrel aged De Mole - a 10% stout that blew me away.
