Hi Brewers
I am selling my 20 gallon pilot brewery to make room for new equipment.
2 x 20 gal (100ltrs each) stainless pots with 5.5kw ULWD stainless ripple element.
Boiler contains a 50ft Herms coil for either chilling or recirculating,and silicone sight gauge.
Mash tun contains a stainless false bottom, with centre pick up tube, and silicone seal and glass dial thermometer,along with thermowell.
Boiler has 2x3 piece ball valves, and Mash tun has one 3 piece ball valve and single piece on the top inlet.
Boiler has 4 pin pid at the base next to exit.
Blichmann sparge arm included (never used)
Been used as a pilot brewery for 5 years,as a fully recirculated system with 2 pumps,achieving 80% efficiency.
Also has CIP (cleaning in place) lid, just swap over to each vessel to clean.
Needs a 40amp circuit to run.
Controller and pumps not included.
Could be used as a gravity fed system with one pump, or as i used it, 2 pumps on a flat surface.(as seen in image)
Spare Omron PID thrown in if you want to build your own controller.
