Hi all,

Are the 2 cans in a 2 can kit the same product?
The reason i ask is that im thinking of brewing 2 seperate brews of 20 pints each, keeping 1 standard and experimenting with the other in some ways!

Thanks

Andy

Thanks Terry,

I'll be giving that a go then.
Nothing radical, maybe adding extra sugar, spraymalt or hops to see if i can get it a little stronger or more body.
I may just rack a gallon from the main fermeting vessel once fully primed and yeasted to a demijon then add the extras.

Rather than adding extra products you can also add less water to achieve the same thing ;)

Wherry is amazing if brewed a bit shorter than recommended.

The 38 bottles i brewed last time didn't last more than a few weeks so i wouldn't dare brew it to a lesser volume
Nah, i supose it's worth considering but think i'll try the adding method before the reduction method

I do this all the time but more because I can't face bottling 40 pints .... cans are the same.

Wherry @ 20l is what I have done turned out great!

Yeah, 20 or 21 lts makes a noticable improvement.
It is better in a pressure barrel IMO too so saves the hassle of bottling.
