1st stout AG grains help

I want to make a sweet stout with oats included but am not sure what grains are best to use. I have
Loads of maris otter
1kg Munich malt
1Kg ish Crystal malt 150EBC
1Kg light Crystal malt
500g Black malt 1280EBC
500g Chocolate malt 1060EBC
300g Carafa 3 malt 1300EBC
500g Malted oats
My mash tun limits me to 5.5Kg max grains would this work or can I do better?

500g Chocolate malt
Is there to much oats, would using the 1Kg munich in place of 1kg MO be better and would mixing the dark grains improve it?
 
Stout is about the one beer I cannot brew (tried and failed multiple times), so I can't help you there..

However, how big is your kettel? You could do a double mash cycle and run it into the kettel (just keep the first running at 80°C while doing the 2nd mash)..

Or go for a thicker mash and sparge more... (there are limits to the min liters per kg of grain..)
 
I have a 33l boiler, are you suggesting mashing once as normal then again with a new lot of grain (but the same wort) in order to get a higher ABV?
 
I'm not an expert by a long chalk but the way I've done my own porter recipes in the past is to look at some porter style profiles which will tell me what percentage and what grains/hops are commonly used for type of porter I want to make. BYO.com has some great articles. Google "Stout style profile/guidlines" for more info
