Great set-up, Bandit. I'm in the middle of preparing a room at home for my half barrel brewery. I see a Karcher pressure washer in your photos, do you use this for cask washing? I'm looking for a cask washing solution and had thought about getting a Karcher. Which model is it you have? Do you have a special adapter for the lance? I have seen one of these 'Drum and Barrel cleaners' http://www.espares.co.uk/product/es...her-d?ApplianceTypeId=1315&ManufacturerId=877 but did wonder if it would be too large to fit into a beer cask opening.
