Hi, we're looking to increase our capacity from brewing 5 gallons to 10 gallons and thought we saw somewhere on the internet a 3-tier gravity-fed system for about £500 - but we can't find it now! Has anyone got any suggestions. Making our own is not much of an option for us at the mo, we'd rather spend a little money. Cheers, jode.

Thanks for your advice looks good, would you advise any other extras.

A bloody sturdy 3 tier platform if you intend to hold 50l of strike or sparge liquor 2 or 3m or so off the ground..

I would consider at least 1 pumped stage, probably from the kettle to the FV to give you the most flexibility

I figured it was a lot cheaper using the little 12/24V pumps than buy the additional plumbing bits to avoid pumps (gravity arrangements). But I did restrict the little pumps to "clear water" tasks and had a thumping big pump for wort - but people do use the little pumps to pump debris laden wort.
