When I was was ten years old I asked for a lock pick set for my birthday (I think my parents were just glad I wasn't into anything serial killer-ish), I spent months perfecting the skill as a party trick, eventually easily opening Yale locks and such.
I haven't practiced in a long time but it looks like there's some serious money to be made here...

Indeed - you’re not paying for 10 minutes he took to do that, but the 10+ years of training and experience he has that allowed him to do it in 10 minutes.So much this. Not to mention having to know how to do it.
