DME Vs LME Vs Sugar

More stupid questions from me

If I were to use say 1KG of white sugar what weight of DME or LME would you use as replacement?

Also, is the LME in Holland & Barret something I could use?

Yes, but I have never tried it, lots have. I have only tried a Coopers Wheat LME.

Iv used the stuff Holland & barret to top up a kit . Don't get the one with cod liver oil. You can get one in 3kg tubs on amazon for about 15 I think where h&b is 3 for 600g
