Looking to brew a very light coloured IPA type beer, something like Blonde Volupta (odershaws) Was looking to use Maris Otter extra pale, have been told by one supplier that lager malt is exactly the same. I wonder if anyone could tell me if that is correct? Thanks. First post here...
