This looks really sweet! I'm looking at the element and box and fittings but not quite understanding...am I right in thinking that the element doesn't arrive supplied with 'everything you need'?

Did you choose a Thermopot because you brew outside? Were you tempted to just use 3 identical pots for your system? Just trying to weigh up the pros/cons for thermopots as an MLT.

Hi Chastuck, Do the elements come with the junction box? I noticed on the EB site that it all comes as a complete built unit...but you sourced a stainless based version...did this come complete too? Or did it require extra bits and bobs stateside?

The T fittings...are they also from BES?
