    Batch priming question

    I am going to batch prime a coopers Mexican cerveza. I'm planning on siphoning into a secondary (bottling bucket), how long can I leave it in the secondary with it being primed.... Do I need to bottle as soon as the bottling bucket is full or can I leave it 24hrs to settle?

    Hmm, I've got an electric blanket so I've put that under my FV, and wrapped it in a blanket. I don't have an airlock, my FV is a youngs one, so I think it self vents... So I can't tell if there has been an immediate rise in activity. I tend to peel back the FV lid and look for bubbles rising...
