hi I am making a vinland Vodka kit, it tells me to start away at low temp around 18c then go to 20 to 22 c, any higher than this will lower the alchohol content, its been on 2 days and room temp is 22 but the fermenter is very warm and producing a constant stream of gas, has anyone else tried...
