you might be best looking for a pump that is clearly marked as H rated for brewery use. H means they will withstand temperatures of upto 110'c for sustained periods and the plastic is stable at this point.

Like the previous post I'd worry about the lack of smoothness making it difficult to sanitise, too many places for nasties to hide.
