    What sort of shelf life can I expect from all grain beer ingredients? If, for example, I made a beer and didn't use all the grain, how long would it last before it was knackered?

    My brother and I have just finished our first cider. We made 5 gallons and split it up into 5 different demijohns and flavoured each one seperatly; Dry(ish), Sweet, Lemon, Spiced and honey. but non of them had much flavour, does anybody know why? Cheers
