    Im trying this one at present and have bottle conditioned. I tried one a few days ago, but it still had yeast suspended in the beer. Anybody else had this problem?

    My beer doesn't tend to hand around for too long anyway.... In your experience, how long would they be OK for? A few weeks, a month, a couple of months?

    I have been looking at getting some bottles. I have a load of glass but need alot more.... I know that Plastic bottles look and feel different, but will the taste be any different? Is it "wrong" to use plastic....?

    Thanks guys Need to by a few more bottles before I have a go at bottleing a whole kit! :shock: So if I was to top up with C02 in my plastic keg, how often do you add gas and how much? I assume that it depends on how much you drink at a time, but is there a rule of thumb? ie 1 C02 8g bulb...

    I have now made 3 kits, 2 Woodfordes Wherry, both were drinkable but were very different (one was much darker) and 1 Woodfordes Nog, again, very drinkable! I have brewed them all to the instructions (although extended all of the timings) and have finished in a keg. Something that I have...

    I can only assume so due to the fact that it is flat, but have no idea if there is and if so how to find it.

    Hi all I'm new here and also new to brewing this beer malarky and think I have messed up my first attempt :cry: I am using a Woodfordes brew kit and have been taking advice from my dad who has been making these kits with no problem for some time. I sterilised everything, used bottled water...
