Thanks for the reply. I'm strictly beer kits only at the moment so I reckon I could either add some form of plums to the first fermentation or add some plum concentrate (?) to the bottles. Just had a bottle of Woodforde's Admiral's Reserve- gorgeous.

Just the other day I had a glorious glass of Titanic's Plum Porter and I wondered if if could repliquate it in any small way homebrewing. I can get a porter beerkit but in what way and in what quantity could I add plums to it? Any advice wouold be gratefully received. Thanks.
