    It went crazy in my airing cupboard & exploded through the airlock. Final colour has come more rose than red. Its drinkable, so i will drink it. for £8 i can't complain though swmbo will... the beaverdale kits are £12.50 so nearer £2.50/bottle than £1.50. I would expect quality at that price...

    This was my 3rd beer kit effort. So experimentation begins. I boiled up half a large tin of cocoa powder & mixed it in the FV I used wilkos brewing sugar, nothing else fancy.
