    Thanks Rob, that's good to hear - I was thinking it was seven hours wasted (well never wasted). It's the highest IBU I've done (over 100). I've given it a good shake up and will keep an eye on it. Cheers

    Fermentation doesn't seem to be starting?

    Hi everyone, I brewed a (hopefully) delicious high IBU rye ale (all grain). I pitched the yeast 24 hours ago and there's still no sign of fermentation? I realised the temp may be too high so measured it and it was 26 degrees. Will this have killed the yeast? Is there a remedy? Cheers
