    Bikers!!!

I agree, I don't want to use hard luggage on my bike as it doesn't look right in my eyes even if it is very functional. Why not use soft luggage, like some panniers and a tank bag? I use it when I have toured, went across europe with them and they were great, looked suitable and did the job. The...

    Brewferm Kriek

Hello! I've got myself a Brewferm Kriek kit whilst shopping at my local homebrew shop. Has anyone ever made a Kriek and got any advice on how to brew it? The kit has very basic instructions and I plan to treat it like a normal brew. Any specific advice would be appreciated :thumb: I am only...

    Bikers!!!

Nice bikes, and the Street Triple is great. I've ridden one a couple of times and its really comfy. I'd upload an image of my bike but I'm a newbie so can't work out how :(. I've got a black Bandit 1200 which has been modified slightly; its lovely, pulls like a train and rumbles deeply :). The...

    A biking 'oopsie'

That could have been ouch for sure! I've never liked them myself, like other have said it was all or nothing when I had one on an old bike. I now prefer to 3D40 my chain after each ride, has kept my Bandit 12's chain good for 18,000km so far :thumb:

What is the best bottle cleaning tool?

Hey, thanks for the replies. Reckon I will get a rinser from these guys, the-home-brew-shop in the uk or here in Finland if I can find the shop again. I don't need a drying tree as my kitchen has a draining cupboard above the sink which will hold about 50 bottles easily. :thumb:

    Greetings from Finland

I've had Sahti a couple of times, its pretty tasty. A bit sweet but mild. I'm actually brewing at the moment with some wild hops traditionally used in Sahti which are growing at a friends house. I'm using them for a dark ale which smelt great as I was bottling it the other weekend.

What is the best bottle cleaning tool?

Hi, Since Xmas is coming I'm looking to get some kit for my brewing. The most laborious part is the bottle cleaning before I bottle the batch so I was wondering what are the 'best recommendations' that people have? I've got about 50 euro to spend. Cheers! :thumb:

    Liquorice stout

Would have thought it would be best dissolved first or it will either float or sink and not give homogeneous mix?

    Greetings from Finland

Hi All, Thought I would be polite and say hi. I have been getting into brewing as my winter hobby and have made about ten batches so far. I am moving into the partial grain process and want to improve my style. My favourite styles are the IPA and stouts. Cheers!
