thanks, some of those are allotment wines never to be repeated and a lot of TC brews trying to get the recipe to my taste, even did 8 5L batches that were identical except for the yeast was surprised how much difference that made, only on my 3rd AG brew since getting my Robobrew3 in December

Here is my version of the Turbo cider done quite a few batches over the last year tweaking proportions but happy with this now I think the cranberry adds a little interest without making it taste like a fruit cider and it clears perfectly without the need for Pectolase 16L Tesco growers...
