    What kit beer are you drinking tonight?

    All the reviews I've seen of people making the mango IPA kit end up with a hazy beer. As I say, I swapped the yeast for verdant which seemed a bit slow to start. I couldn't do hydrometer checks as I'd broken it and was waiting for a new one to arrive. My guess is I didn't leave it long enough.

    I'm going to have a mangrove jack's mango pale ale brewed with verdant IPA yeast. It's remained hazy after 4 weeks in bottle. The last few I've had have played havoc with my guts and I've had awful wind the next couple of days so I'm not sure if something went wrong, maybe I bottled too early?
