So basically I'm making 1 gallon of WOW, yesterday I racked de-gassed and stabalised. Whilst I was reading the wine finnings packet (wilko) I realised it said it was for 5 gallons. Is this a problem? Will it cause a funny taste or anything? Thanks, Jon.

So yesterday I topped up my DJ as the kits instructions said. Had to geuss where 4.5L was, but thought I left plenty of room. Woke up this morning and the tops blown off the airlock. Its bubbling like crazy! more than once a second. I thought it was supposed to die down after the first few days...

Using it in a punch, I dont like that idea.... I LOVE it! Perfect for a party! I will start some tomorrow, hopefully have enough for either a couple bottles or punch and some bottles to leave for a few weeks longer. Thanks for the replies!!
