    How to stop and make safe to drink?

    I just made a ribena wine and it as stopped bubbling and the little fizzy bubbles to, what do i do now to make it 'safe' to drink :D I have had a sip and its like vodka :drunk:

    Having made a ribena wine a few weeks ago, i had a starting gravity of 110, it as stopped gassing off (two days) so this morning i took another reading it shows 1040, that gives me a % of 8 i think.     Yeah it is the 'cheapo' one it came with my complete kit, it does read 1000 in water? Going to transfer to keg today, i bottled 3 litres up last night in two 1.5 litre bottles, just to see if i get any difference between the two methods, (never bottled before) ;)

    Is cloudy safe?

    Yes i know i have to wait a couple of weeks yet, but is it safe to drink my brew in a cloudy state, what will it give me? nothing more than a bad belly/gut ache/the trots :sick: Or is there a more sinister side to drinking beer thats not really ready yet?
