    Similar to Woodforde's Wherry?

I bottled my first Woodforde's Wherry at the beginning of February and had some with friends this weekend. Everyone liked it including me! I have brewed a dozen or so beers so far and would like my next brew to be a different kit but similar in taste to WW. Suggestions from the experts...

    Bulldog Bad Cat

Two Milton tablets in the fermentation bucket and rinse everything, pipes, airlock etc. Fermentation bucket has a good quality aquarium heater which for this brew was set at 21 degrees C. Brewed with 2-3L extra of water in unheated garage but the garage is attached to the house and never...

    Bulldog Bad Cat

I am trying my first glass of the Bulldog Bad Cat that fermented for 21 days and was bottled on 29-10-2014. It has a nice colour and very nice flavour. It is clear as a bell. Although it came out at 7.7% it doesn't taste like a high alcohol beer (which could be dangerous). Would definitely...

    Bulldog Bad Cat

This Bulldog Bad Cat is a monster! 20 days and still bubbling the airlock. Although it has slowed down to 10 min intervals.

    Bulldog Bad Cat

I have had this brewing for 12 days and it is still bubbling away! This is my 4th Bulldog kit and there is one thing I like about the actual making of them. The malt extract comes in a screw top bag, which makes it easy to rinse out with hot water by giving it a good shake. Festival kits...

    Bulldog Evil Dog Instructions

I am about to brew Bulldog Evil Dog American Double IPA. It will only be my seventh brew and I am still a novice. I am worried about the instruction re kegging where it says "add 150g of sugar" I bottle my beer and use a bottling bucket to which I normally add 100g of sugar before bottling...

    Silicone vs PVC tube

Which is the most flexible (as in bendy) Silicone or PVC Tube? Any disadvantages of using either? Better alternatives? Thank you.

    Hello

New to the Forum but not new to brewing. I made my first brew (which I remember was very good) 42 years ago! Now I am retired and have a little more time I am going to make my second brew :D
