    My wife bought a packet of quinine bark and made her own tonic water; you make it as a concentrate and just dilute it with fizzy water as needed (I have a carbonation cap so I just reuse pop bottles and fizz up tap water from my CO2 bottle). It was a lot better than the usual cheap brands...
