    I bought some of 'welch's' purple grape juice ( from cocentrate ) yesterday. do i need to put anything with it like fruit tea bags or can i just get that going?

    Umm Im not sure if its a good or bad one. Its White hard plasstic with A brass valve on top (for gassing i presume) it cost me around £40 And I appologise for my ignorance but I've no idea what cornies are? Sorry :oops:

    Hi all. made up a fruit tea bag wine last night. Followed a couple of reciepies from this forum. I used ingredients for a white wine.White grape juice, white wine yeast etc... But the tea bags I used were red. ( Strawberry, raspberry & loganberrry ) Will this make any difference as I've heard...

    So I've got a continental larger kit on the go for the wife. At the moment its in the fermentation bucket. When I transfer it to the cask can i use pectolase? Because its a larger I'd like it to be as clear as possible Any advice/tips well recieved And no taking the micky because its larger ;)
