Am just about to bottle and keg my first home brew, i used the magnum kit but being a chef i couldbt help but add some spices into the mix. I used cinamon and cloves. Not particularly strong smelling as i only used a few becuase i didnt want to ruin so much cider. Maybe some orange peel next...
