    Airlock or not?

    Screwy when you say you remove the lid, what do you cover with? Or is it open ferment? Could you not just slightly loosen the lid to relieve the pressure. Or just get rid of the lid seal at the start. Brad

    Mate the czech saaz is nothin like the Bsaaz. Czech Saaz is beeter in pilsener type beers such as pilsner Urquel as the aroma hop where the Bsaaz is tops in APA's well at least I think so anyway. Cheers Brad

    Have to agree on the PITA to clean but if you rack to a secondry fermenter and crash chill for a coupla days after fermentation has done its bit the sediment should not be an issue. :cheers: Cheers Brad
