Hi , I have been building up a collection of bottles for my brew for a while now , but some have them have started to get mould in the bottom which is proving nigh on impossible to remove , I have tried soaking them , dish watering them , brushing them,but I just can't seem to get it all out ...

Tried my first brew last night but I suspect I have ruined it by adding the yeast while the brew was to hot , it's not putting any bubbles in the bubbler , it's dormant , can I revive it by adding more yeast or shall I just try again ?
