Don't make sence, cost me £90 per bottle wilth first 10kg fill, then £11 refil there after for 10kg, base that on 40kg of co2 cost me intotal £123 for your 6.5kg at £24 per bottle, for 40kg cost you £147, each to their own.

No contract with the bottles I bought them outright from Norfolk Gas Filling, I believe they don't contract bottles for home brewers.
