I love Man V Food too. Always makes me wanna eat everything on the screen though. I also find myself saying "I could do that" to the challeneges he does. Im pretty sure I would fail epicly. Good shows to watch are: The Wire Dexter Generation Kill Sopranos Mad Men Peep Show The Walking Dead...

    Gravity Reading

My beer has been in the FV for 9 days so i decided to check the gravity reading. It started at 1.032 and is still reading pretty much the exact same. Does that just mean I should leave it in longer?

    Airlock bubbling

Yeah I have a thermometer on the side and it has been a degree or 2 lower than recommended. Should I leave it in the fermeneter for a couple of extra days or stuill go ahead with the bottling at the suggested time?

    Airlock bubbling

Hi, I started my first brew last Tuesday and it said on the instructions that the airlock should bubble for the first 12 - 24 hours. It didnt bubble at all but started to today which is 5 days later. Will that be a problem?

    Hello

I got a brewing kit for Christmas and today decided to start brewing. The brewing process went well so now I play the waiting game and hope my first time works out good. Just thought I would drop by and say hello.
