    Priming Sugar?

    Hello all, I'm sorry about all the questions, I'm new to the brewing business! My cider has completely fermented and is now ready to be bottled... Just one question. How do I go about the priming sugar? I have cane sugar, can I add it straight into the bottles or do I need to disslove it first...

    First Brew -No bubbling?

    I have done my first brew. It consisted of 1/3 packet of youngs yeast, 6 tsp sugar 4.5L apple juice... It bubbled really nicely, and smells yummy. It bubbled for about 4 days (although the room it was in was rather warm). Only a slight problem -it's cloudy. Do I wait for it to clear or bottle...

    Do I have to add yeast nutrient? As I said above I don't live on mainland so these things are a bit hard to come by unless i order on the net. I heard tomato puree was a good alternative, is that true :?: :?:
