I'm doing a partial extract brew and have enough for 30 litres. I have a pack of 04 yeast. Would that be enough for the 30 litres or should I get some more? Any feedback would be appreciated

I found this kit in my LHBS and thought I would give it a go as the guy at the shop said they were good kits. I brewed the kit with 500grms of Light DME and 500grms of dextrose. The instructions state to leave the kit in the fermentor for 10 days. It had stopped fermenting at 10 so got it...

I dont know about brown, but I get blue ones from Asda Flavoured Sparkling water. They are not quite as dark as brown, but they are the best I've found.

Hi Bolton Brewers, Do any of you go to spitting feathers? Online they dont sell any grains or hops. Do they have any and is there a wide range?

Just put my recipe through a different calculator and it came out how it should have done. Wont be using that calc again!!! I dont want to put sugar in I'm not a fan of that only brewed a small amount so not a disaster!!! with an abv of 2.7 i wont be getting drunk on it anyway!!

I brewed a partial today and ended up with an og of 1.024. I was aiming for 1.033. Will my beer be any good by anyones experience? I think I know where I went wrong, just looking for anyone who has had this happen before.
