OK, about to do my second ever brew. The first (Kinder Bitter - came with the kit as a gift) was bottled 4 week's ago and is just about drinkable. It was awful 10 days ago... So, I picked up a Munton's Oaked Ale kit to try to get a decent enough beer before moving to small batches of AG (BIAB)...

OK, sounds like a cheap enough system to go AG :thumb: I'm not sure I'll brew batches of 25 litres as I'm the only one likely to drink the bloody stuff when it's brewed ! So, if I go for 10 litres in a batch I guess it's going to work well.

I hope you have more success than I did on bottling day :-? Made a mess of the lounge (don't ask) and I have various different levels in my bottles. At least I can see which level works best with the priming sugar :thumb: super cheap hose with a tap that wouldn't close was included in my starter...
