Yeah adding some sugar will boost the alcohol content! or sometimes i brew to 21L instead of 23L. You get less wine but it still tastes great! or maybe try a 10L wine kit??

Has anyone else tried these wine kits by Mosti Mondiale? I have brewed two now instead of Ken Ridge and i must say they are pretty great! They have fresh juice in them as well as concentrate. id recommend and want some more opinions??:thumb::):grin:
