I am not a lager drinker but the wife accidentally picked up a crate of curious brew craft lager last year....cant get enough of the stuff now...beautiful refreshing drink hopped with champagne hops etc etc (available in Majestic wines!!)

well my tuppeny worth, Like you up until a couple of years ago I was lager/rted wine all the way....then I tried a real ale or 2 and decided I like them!! Like others have said, anything badgers (champion is my preference) but if you can get either of my next two choices I highly recommend...

Sorry to bring this old chestnut back to the top but I have an additional question on this....The cool box and tap/filter bit is easy enough but what about the spray mechanism for sparging?? or is it acceptable to just gently pour the water over the top to rince out the wort?
