I just downed a pint of the above and it was a very decent pint. It has a nice creamy smooth taste with subtle notes. My wife tasted it and said the creamy taste lingered on a while and then the hop bitterness held on for a while. I just liked it. Does anyone know where that creamy taste comes...

I've just run a 5 litre fairy liquid wash to boil and circulated it via the arm over the mesh and all parts. Just letting it cool a little before I empty it.

I'm waiting for the kit to arrive before deciding. However as it's my first go I think maybe I will manually go through the process. Depends on the kit instructions

I have some vac sealed citra hops and fancy adding them to the wherry to add some extra hoppy notes, any advice would be appreciated.

Did as per your advice and the brew was very very good. Citra hops have a brilliant flavour but only used half a bag. Cheers.

That's great words my friend. The wort is in sealed in vac sealed bags so I expect that to be fine.

The kit yeast packet is 15g
