    Hi I've had a Youngs bitter in a pressurised barrel for about 2 weeks now and the tap has started leaking. I've moved the nozzle round so it's pointing upwards which seems to have slowed it down. But my question is, can I transfer the beer into bottles without losing any carbonation? Cheers

    Evening I'm a relative newbie to home brew and the forum. I've just bought a Youngs definitive bitter and reading various reviews people suggest swapping the sugar out for malt extract. My question is how much malt extract for the 1kg of sugar? Is it as easy as 1kg for 1kg? Cheers Mark

    Tiny bubbles on pouring

    Hi guys Had a Wilko Golden ale in a pressurised barrel. Been pouring and tasting good. Last couple of days I've noticed tiny bubbles clinging to the side of the glass after pouring and settling. Any ideas? Cheers

    First brew kit and a few questions!!

    Afternoon I've finally took the plunge and bought a Homebrew kit after months of should I shouldn't I! Bought the Golden Ale kit from Wilkos and started it on Monday. I also bought a pressurised barrel. So my first question is do I need a CO2 cap/injector and if I do, can I barrel the brew...
