Well my brew is now I bottles. So see how this one pans out. Thank you all for your comments. Much appreciated

I've had a really bad run of failed brews.ive been trying to work out why. I even used a new fermenter to eliminate it. The bottles are the only thing left so I'm on a mission to have a good brew before I spit my dummy out so I'm going to bleach the bottles.

Thanks for the replies. I found some in asda. I want to soak my bottles... then brush wash them.. then dishwasher them. Hopefully they should be after that.

Is there a shortage ? I want to soak my bottle in diluted thin bleach as I'm convinced they are the reason for my failure in brewing. But tesco ..morrisons and sainsbury don't have any.. haven't tried B&m yet.

So brew went successfully. Apart from throwing starsan all over the kitchen floor.. It was a lot easier to clear up than a full all grain. So I guess thats a bonus . Thank you for your replies .

It was my fault.i didn't look properly at what I was ordering.

Haven't done this for a while. Been over a year since I've brewed. I lost motivation after all my brews turned to drain cleaner . Weve had various health issues/ work life balance etc. So couldn't find the motivation to brew. So far I accidentally ordered an extract kit instead of an all grain...

Same here.wife snores like a train.we sleep in separate rooms now due to her having a spine operation. We had to put a bed in the front room for her as she couldnt do stairs.. Been like that for a year now.. its nice and quiet in my bedroom now. Trouble is I still dont sleep.

I always have planet rock in the back ground. Unless the Hairy bikers are on. They bore the life out of me.
