    I have also had a similar problem - I have a Mexican Cerveza kit in the fermenter for 2 weeks now. I suspected the fermentation had finished early (after about 4-5 days), but this was the first brew I had put in the airing cupboard, so I assumed the extra heat had just made it go extra quick...

    Coopers Wheatbeer (BBE August 2014)

    Thanks for the info Stesmi. What is the advantage of brewing both tins together? Will it improve the flavour - or do you think that as the tins are out of date it has a better chance of making something that will be ok! I have some wheat spraymalt that I was going to use too.
